Pronounced "Too ahh" these pranksters are the natural thieves of 
this world. This ability is not out of greed or desire for wealth, 
but rather because they know that other races prize their possessions 
and get horribly angry when things are missing. Therefore, the Tuatha
love to take belongings just to see what will happen. 

They are between 1 foot and one and a half feet in height, and they 
are perfectly proportioned for their height. Their hair and eye 
coloration resembles that of all human. 

Their father god is GAWD, naturally, and he has graciously given 
them the ability to magically create any non harmful effect once per 
character per day as long as it is used as a prank. Also because of 
their alignment with the god of Mischief, they are never totally
evil scourages. They just simply want to have fun and laugh. 

Due to their natural abilities they make marvelous thieves gaining 
20% to all thieving abilities. They do however suffer a negative 10% 
to any physical attack due of course to their much smaller size and 
mass. 

Tuatha are just characters in our role playing game. We at 
Mystic Shadows Inn do not encourage thievery in real life at any time.
